New issues can be frustrating for investors who read about a company that is about to float but you are locked out from purchasing any shares becasue often the offer is only available to institutions. If you would like the opportunity of to access a flotation prospectus we can usually help. A good prospectus normally contains a detailed description of the business and management, it gives you more information that you would find in an annual report. New listings are often young companies that may have years of growth ahead of them. CPL has identified a number of potential companies that we will be offering to private clients in the near future.
